Is John McCain wearing a HeroBracelet?

We got a call this morning saying they thought John McCain was wearing a HeroBracelet on The Tonight Show last night. So we looked around and found a clip on YouTube that shows the bracelet and it looks like he is wearing the bracelet.

We know that twice President Bush has been presented HeroBracelets by the mothers of lost soldiers.
